Frank Weglarz  President of Action Air HVAC Constructions, Inc., which he operates along with his wife, Jessica, has been working in the industry for many years. He actually comes from a three-generation line of sheet metal workers and grew up in the Chicago area, where he and his wife still live and work.

His journey toward becoming the president of an HVAC company actually began with his father. The family business was founded in 1980 and run by his father for more than 30 years. He was born in Mount Prospect, Illinois, and grew up in the area where his father worked. Many of the families they served were personal friends. While he was growing up, he was involved in many aspects of this business and often worked there during breaks from school. However, education was always important to his family so he pursued a college degree upon his graduation from Rolling Meadows High School.

He attended Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, majoring in Finance. However, he also enjoyed classes in Sociology and Economics, ultimately minoring in both subjects. He graduated with his Bachelor's Degree and went to work, but knew that eventually he would probably work his way into the family business. His father was eager for him to learn as much as possible about the business, so he continued to help out and learn everything he needed to know in order to succeed in his father's company.

Ultimately, in July 2014, he choose to rename and rebrand the company when he took over. He believed the new name, Action Air HVAC Construction, more closely mirrored the jobs the company did. While he was proud of his family's business, he also wanted to become more accessible to everyone and to highlight the fact that the new company would focus on the technology that homeowners could choose from as new advances in HVAC became available.

Today, the company is one of the premier providers of quality advanced HVAC construction in the Chicago area. The company offers not only help for new construction projects such as new homes, apartments or condos but also high-end residential service and remodeling.
